Thomas has been here a couple years now. Honestly I think he should be ready now.

As some have observed on this site, who plays is based on how much each player's impact is to the cap, performance be damned. It's quite possible that a combination amongst Bell, Thomas, and Mukuamu would be an upgrade. The problem is that the clowns running this organization would be greatly upset that guys on the bench are being paid more than the guys on the field, regardless if the guys on the field are performing better.
