That logic makes no sense. Just cause Roy Williams is a bigger disaster, doesnt mean Barbie is not a disaster.

Its a joke to say people are being too hard on a guy that was drafted in the first round and sucks. Compare him to Roy or Burnett all you want, it doesnt change the fact that he cant play.

24 picks is a huge difference when those 24 picks are amongst the first 42.

What your saying makes NO SENSE...How can you say that he cant play when all the stats say he is burying the production that Burnett gave us last season? That doesnt make sense. Alot of posters were fit too be tied when Burnett left, they said he was soooooooooo good for our defense, yet Carpenter has vastly outplayed him this year vrs what Burnett did last year.

Burnett can not seem to stay healthy. And does not matter how good a player you are if you spend too much time on the injury list you are worthless.

My only point of this thread, REGARDLESS OF WHERE HE WAS DRAFTED, ....was.......DID we improve or didnt we? The answer is YES. His play is an improvement over what we got from Burnett. The numbers clearly back this up. Anyone who doesnt see this is either blind, nuts, or agenda driven.

Burnett........38 tackles 2 sacks> "Gotta have him, our defense will really suffer without him".......Carpenter..48 Tackles 3.5 sacks> "He's a BUM, he cant play!"..............Ummm, yeah....THAT makes perfect sense!

Lastly.....I LOVE seperating fans from Agendaheads. Hopefully this thread will put some agendahead in the awkward position today of wanting the TEAM to win, while at the same time hoping for Carpenter to have a bad game . Funny stuff. Now me, im a little different. Im a TEAM guy all the way not a PLAYER guy. Its no secret that Im not a fan of Roy11. But I tell ya what, its my sincere wish that he goes out and really LIGHTS it up today because if he does it can only be good for the T E A M!
