If someone wants to post those emails. do it. I have no doubt that the James kid brought a lot of stuff on himself.

Besides Tech beating the Horns last year I love the Red Raiders. Living here in aggieland it's been great watching aggie fans hanging themselves over the Red Raiders the last ten years, till this year of course. as a matter of fact aggies are the only fans I know of that care enough about Tech to hate them.

The point was not to say whether the lawyer was right or wrong...the point was you said he did not come out and deny anything...when his lawyer did for him. Not arguing with you, just making a point.

The one thing I would like to find out is the room for post game pcs vs the kids cell phone video from his camera which seemed to show two different areas. I wonder if the kid took this as he was in there or if he took it after all of this mess came out and just went to a different room.

I say this because if the allegations are true that the coach had guards there to make sure he was not leaning or sitting, I am sure they would not just let him pull out a cell phone to take videos and/or talk. Just something curious about that and the allegations not working together.

The report lastnight was Leach never denied locking the James kid up. I would like to know more details of what actually happened but you have other players as well backing up James story so who knows?

From what I have read he is not denying sending the kid to two dark rooms...One being a garage not a shed and the other being a press room for post game PCs...that according to his lawyer. His lawyer also said it was not as punishment.
