It has nothing to do with past players...Evans DID play behind 4 future NFL players in front of him and had 2 likely top 50 picks behind in safeties. Of course I’m not writing off Evans as a prospect because of that, but you can’t tell that didn’t make his job MUCH easier playing in college.

Agree but again.. The guy has the instincts, plays fast, and is super physical.

Some of the plays he makes has nothing to do with the guys around him.

evans or vander esch would be safer picks...and fits for us than Roquan.

I also really like him.

He has just scratched his potential as a player and I think he has made himself a first rounder after the Combine.

i could see being able to trade back a few spots aside from what the Steelers might do
Lee could be Vander Eschs protege and 6'4" 265lbs he could be THE mike lb especially with Marinellis guys letting interior linemen get up on your lbers
he isnt quite as good a athlete as Edmunds but he can still add weight and has gotten much better each year he played
he went from a walk on to team leader and 1st round potential
the guy will be successful

Vander Esch has the skillset and body type we need to play in this league and impact the team early on. Roquan scares me due to his size...and honestly,he isn't that impressive on tape.

For me..its Evans and or VANDER ESCH. They just look the part on tape.
