Goodley is a good look see. I just don't know if he is a pro receiver. He hurt himself early in the year with a hamstring I believe and it didn't look the same for most of the year. He was excellent as a jr. Because he was a little dinged, Baylor plugged in some of their younger receivers and didn't miss a beat. I thought Goodley looked more like himself over the last few games of the year though.

I thought he was bigger when I saw him as a jr. The real negative for him is catching and creating space running routes. He is great once he gets the ball. He drops a lot of easy balls too.

Worth the look though.

What I like is that he is a converted QB, not a 230 lb RB. The dude is a SMART football player and a better athlete than most RB's. I really look forward to see what DAYS can do in the NFL.

I won't be surprised if we try to make a fullback out of him because of his smarts and size. If he can learn blocking angles and leverage, he actually could be the first triple threat in the role for Dallas since Johnston. Of course, the blocking is a big if because it takes the right attitude as well as know-how.

I'm not saying they are going to try to make him a fullback, just that it wouldn't surprise me because his speed and running style aren't ideal at RB and he essentially played the FB position some in college, although it wasn't the same as the pro position.

There are people that don't like anything this team does.
There are people that don't like any players on this team.
There are people that dislike all the moves made or not made, but love any other teams moves.
There are people that don't like anything.

So why respond to threads just to make those comments. If you disagree on a player signed or not, say that, it is what a discussion is about. but please give your reasons.
This is the off season and topics are needed.

If none of these can be a topic because people don't like them, then this site should go into an off season and no posts until TC....open for mini camps, close, open for OTA's, close, open for TC. Close for a day before game 1, so all can collect their thoughts....

No worries. It's a common mistake. In the top left corner of your browser you will see an arrow pointing left. Click on it and all of your problems will be solved. Well, at least the above one. Your own your own with the other 99.
