In my entire life I have truly hated just one Cowboy. I didn't like Charles Haley but I respected him because he was talented.

Pete Hunter though... I hated everything about that guy. I hope he is the culprit of four touchdowns tomorrow.

i do remember a play where Newman got torched, and Hunter ran from across the whole field to tackle Steve Smith at the 1. saved the Cowboys 4 points.

It's hard to say, really. It certainly doesn't make much sense from an outsiders point of view.

It all culminated when he started making demands. I didn't like Pete Hunter because he wasn't a very good third cornerback and a terrible starter... he relied on his speed to get him places and forgot what he was doing once he got there. He was awful most of the time. But I never started hating him until he starting complaining. That just rubbed me the wrong way.

The Cowboys were in a desperate spot after the '04 season - the secondary was atrocious, and he was a huge factor. And then the team asks him to move to FS, where I think he might have actually been okay, and he refuses? When you're that bad, how do you refuse? So he goes to the Jets and doesn't even make the team. Yikes.

So anyway, Pete Hunter can go hug a gopher for all I care. Everything he did pissed me off... so I hope he gets torched tomorrow.
