I like that guy. Said before he has an Anotnio Cromartie resume.

Although youre saying he can tackle so thats where they would differ

Dowling takes on and takes down TEs and RBs like a linebacker would...he can hit, good form tackling, etc.

No. I'd rather have Ras-I Dowling from UVA. Better tackler.

Looks like he is made of glass though.

 because he pulled a hammy running the 40? Which, oh by the way, he ran a 4.4 flat pulling up at the end.

He's good. Very good.

Go on then....
Okay, first of all Carolina needs to sell their fans after the season they had.

I am dead serious, they better go Cam Newton at 1. They cannot play to get Luck next year.

At #2 Denver is going DL. I don't know whether it will be Bowers, Fairley, or Dareus, but they have got to fix DL badly and especially if they are going back to 4-3.

At 3 Buffalo will grab Gabbart.

At 4 Cincy will take A. J. Green.

At 5, the Cardinals need pass rush and they love Von Miller.

At #6 Peterson is within our trade range easily.

I have something similar, not the same players but I also think it's quite possible he's there at 6, my main issue is that I don't want to give up that 3rd rounder this year as that's the pick I have slotted for Kenrick Ellis. :D

As it turns out though, Ellis hasn't worked out at all really, so maybe he's there in the 4th or later.

At the end of the day Peterson will be a cowboy and we wont have a third lol

You can trade back from 40 and recoup the 3rd.

At that point though we would have to hope for a RT in FA

When everyone was celebrating that meaningless win against Eagles backups, I was speculating it could cost us a 3rd. Hope it doesn't actually happen.

They got their win and they still hate McGee and want him gone. What did it accomplish again?

-Not liking most of these safeties besides Deunta. I hope they stop farting around and go after Atogwe or Huff

Injuries to ankle and then knee earlier also. Red flag.

I like Rahim Moore too.

Basic problem I see with your scenario is marketability. All those teams need to sell tickets to fans who just suffered through a bad season. I could maybe see Newton having the ability to do that. After that I think Peterson is the most marketable. I cant see him making it past 3.

etc

In your last mock you have us trading back (with Miami) to #15 and getting an OL, then getting D Williams and M Foster in round 3 with our own and the Dolphins 3rd.

You really think getting PP is better value than that scenario?

Rahim Moore is really small, though...and tackling is an issue.

I would much rather add Atogwe or Huff...but I'm thinking Atogwe/Huff will end up replacing Sensabaugh if he walks, so we still need another S as a plan in the event the Patrick Peterson scenario doesn't work out.

I forgot to mention Quinton Carter. I think hes the anti-Sensabaugh

I wouldnt say I hate Moore but he leaves me underwhelmed and I think the safety class is so weak hes going to higher than his play would indicate. Hes a poor tackler and I dont think his ball skills are so good that you can overlook it. I dont think wed see the return that a Wiz, Pouncey, or Carimi would bring who may go around that spot of the draft.

He might be a Reggie Nelson
