No they can’t. Their cap situation is the very opposite of that.

I am sure a lot goes into getting to that number. But to say it’s not possible isn’t right.

‘False and wrong’ is screwing the cap situation up even further. And getting further stuck in bad contracts. People should have learned from the Crawford deal but apparently not.

Sites like that are a bad joke. It shows magic numbers but none of the future consequences.
