OL is tough cuts this year. Bass and Richards show potential and likely snapped up quickly if cut.

Ball is inconsistent at best and we can upgrade there imo.

Waletzko hasn't impressed me enough and both shoulders have issues

Edgoa, not sure when he will be back, has some experience which may prove valuable

Farniak looks like he can play the back up center spot
well the cowboys can maybe put waletzko on the pup list to start the season that would free up a roster spot in the first few weeks.

Go light at LB and give him a spot of the 53. They can find guys like Cox and Jefferson on the street if they get hit with injuries. Probably better

If you have OL that could develop into playable players, you try to hold on to them
You got a great point with the dip in Oline talent League wide!!

I think we are witnessing the downstream effect in the RB market.

Just keep them both.

Basically have to keep Farniok as your backup center, unfortunately, but if you keep 10 it's just a debate between Waletzko and Edoga.

Keeping Farniok is unfortunate???

Farniok was solid playing Center the whole game against Seattle. Definitely need to keep Matt Farniok......FORTUNATELY.

gholston won't play much. he would be last on the depth chart probably. I expect Tyron to miss time, so OL shuffling and thus have more depth at OL. 10 instead of 9.
- Gholston had 11 sacks in one game last year, (vs Washington) but he still may face roster competition from
Junior Fehoko, who could flex at DT and left DE in the 3 man front.

- I dunno what to make of DT Junior Fehoko right now as could he be the one DL guy that won't play much per experience and camp injury had left him behind. or team could have plays for him to flex in 3 man front or inside the 4 man front.

- Could he be inactive gameday for most of the season ? ..or replace Gholston on the roster ?

No, he's a keeper and already in the mode of in your face with strength and good pad levels. I like him a lot.

Gholston had 11 sacks in one game? I assume a mistyped.

I am just churning the bottom of the roster. Replace a JAG in last year of his contract with a younger jag with some potential (perhaps)

Next season, linebacker should return to strength fully. This season, status places a very heavy load on the good group of safeties, then. Short yardage weakness raises a nasty payment price following this weakness.

Per Ducks Athletic page, in 435 pass plays, Bass gave up 20 pressures and 1 sack. Team only gave up 5 sacks.
