This team has had plenty of issues, but drafting o lineman the last 10 years isn’t one of them. Clearly they have a good eye on these kids coming out. I see no reason we won’t hit on this kid either.

It's funny all this talk about our 3rd string qb when we should be jumping for joy about Tyler Guyton and the rest of our draft.
We all know why too. About 80 percent of the fans here want him to play lights out for obvious reasons but for the wrong reasons. Not for his own sake, but to make someone look bad and for them to be right about that someone.

Cowboys T Tyler Guyton

Dallas’ first-round pick played 21 snaps at left tackle in his first action in the NFL, earning an 80.7 PFF overall grade in the process. He didn’t allow any pressures from 13 pass-blocking snaps and produced a 78.6 PFF run-blocking grade across eight such snaps.
Is that a good rating because he was excellent, IMO.
If it is anything but excellent...they are smoking crack.

Who's better right now? Tyler or Zack?

Ya really think a player more likely than not to retire at the end of the year or next year is still one of the two best G's in football?

Its a nice start but I will jump for joy after we see him against likely future HOFer Garrett in the Browns game. So far Duke has done a nice job with him.
If we don't give him help on every pass snap against Garrett, then we're not very smart. He's a rookie going against a wily vet. We need to at least chip Garrett with a tight end or running back on every pass play.
