PFF Grades - Week 8 2025

Hoffman was credited with the penalty on the Denver 1 on our first possession and we had to settle for the FG, but I think the tv announcers said it was guyton. On our next possession we punted and he was credited with the penalty.
Ahh that’s what it was I figured someone else got credited for it.

only five players on D with Scores of 70 and above
NINE with scores below 50

a few CRUMBS of hope:
Eze is developing
Liufau had his best game
Clowne and Fowler looked good

PFF is a joke!

It is clear, those nerds doing the grade ratings for them are inputting their personal feelings of players into their warped grades.

Doesn't what's-his-face from NBC Sports NFL Game Night (Cris Collinsworth) own PFF? If so, what a joke his little grading business has become. Sounds like him.

It’s crazy every other week offensive line gets bad reviews but they get good grades yesterday…pff scoring is odd.
Yeah but none of them passed the eye test,

We saw it they were either getting penalties, and by the way this PF include penalties? playing behind the chains??

I don't think they do because if they did they would all get an F, and we'd be looking at maybe two weeks at least till the bye and let 73, tyler smith, get that tendonitis better , Pull Hoffman from center and add back Bebee, Steele out for Nate Thomas..

It's probably not fair, but I just think some of the backups who were healthy were playing better than our starters, you can't remove both tackles, but if I had to pick one,

I guess I'm going to go with Steele, we need to further develop Guyton but Steel is who he is and I don't mind him being the backup you know the swing guy, but you need to go ahead and put Nate Thomas in, and we got to find a little bit better rhythm back there because they just got their butts kicked and maybe it was one of the best defensive lines in football and one of the best defenses but either way that offensive line got worked they were owned yesterday..

It really matter I think they all look bad as a group they took turns either getting a penalty or allowing free runs at our quarterback It was terrible taking like six tries to get 1 yard to score that last touchdown is insane them giving up on a 4th and 1 1/4 and 5 and punting late in the game when you should have went for it showed all you needed to know about how the offensive line played which was absolute trash....

Guyton and Fowler grades look way off to me.

As for Bland, I can't remember Denver even throwing at him. They didn't have to.
Exactly It's also the same argument I don't want to hear about how Parsons would have helped us win that game it's the same thing yeah Miles Garrett get 5 sacks what happened to the Browns They still got blown out it doesn't matter how good your defensive end is if the rest of the defense in even 1/2 is weak the offense knows where to go They don't have to go against your strength they'll look for your weaknesses and they will definitely exploit it and it wasn't just the corners it was the secondary Too many young guys playing linebacker corner and safety all at the same time you have way too much youth there that doesn't know this defense and the defense sucks anyway The veterans weren't that much better but now it makes it worse 'cause now the communication's off because they are just don't know the defense as well as the veterans...

I think people really think that if Parsons was here it would change things And if it's not clear enough you look at TJ Watt if you look at Miles Garrett even when they're having good games or even a great game like yesterday Garrett has 5 sacks and their team gets blown out That's why it's called the team game parsons would have been an overpaid Defensive end given the fact that he may have been getting some stats but the rest of the defense is so bad it would not have mattered case in point do you remember him being on that Green Bay Packers team when we put 40 on him how about when he was on our team when the Green Bay Packers put over 40 on us in a playoff game are we going to blame him completely because he was on those defenses or we just going to look at the rest of those defenses and say they didn't play well...

I don't care if you choose or not i'm telling you people who think that if we'd have kept Parsons this defense would have been better and no we just would have been better at getting a little bit more pass rush from his side but I don't think it's helping the rest of the defense...
