at least the first 2 picks of the shotty era kinda showed up.

The Guyton grade feels off to me, but I'll have to give the film a watch before I say its wrong. PFF did mark him as giving up 3 pressures + the penalty so he must have dominated on the bulk of his snaps to get a grade that high.

Kenny Clark continues to be on the wrong trajectory and looks more and more like the guy on the backside of his career instead of the injury rebound candidate that was being talked up.

Something interesting about OSA I noticed yesterday was his alignment. He was often lined up outside on the Tackle. Per PFF hes taken 129 of his 325 snaps this year outside the B gap. This isnt uncommon for a 3T, but it is somewhat uncommon at that high of a rate. His snap counts are down quite a bit as well from 40-60 per game last season closer to the 30-45 snaps per game in 2025. His alignment and heavy rotation could be part of his disappearance this season.

Their ideas on defense is not working out, playing dudes out of position. No wonder everyone is so confused.

It’s crazy every other week offensive line gets bad reviews but they get good grades yesterday…pff scoring is odd.

I havent had time to watch any of the game back so I don't want to have to strong of an opinion either way, but some of the metrics are kind of interesting....

Dallas is the worst team this week in rush yards over expected at -38 yards which suggests the RBs may have been a major culprit for the lack of success in the run game this week. As far as pass blocking goes they still had 3/5ths of their OL at a 60 or below so not great. The Guyton grade feels off to me, but maybe he was better than the initial eye test would have suggested? IDK.

I watched most of it and I thought we kind of abandoned the run but I may be completely wrong on that.....

I mean, something had to be up with him if the Packers were going all in with Parsons, would be hard pill to swallow to lose a good DT.
They may of had his replacement or they had a good thought he was on the decline. Cowboys probably just checked their draft grade on him.

Mazi didn't have enough snaps for a grade? He player but not that much as far as I saw.

I also think the OL grades seem a little off. But I guess when you play every snap and you mess up only 3 or 4, it looks worse than the grade they give you.

48 passes to 28 run downs which makes sense given how lopsided the scoreboard was. -38 yards over expected on just 28 snaps is really bad though. There must have been some decent gaps our RBs simply didnt hit. Just break even on that and the Cowboys would have had 31 carries for 146 yards on the day. Thats 4.7 per carry, not bad at all.

Kenny Clark looks so average to me. I can see why GB was willing to let him go. Their DTs are better than him. It is amazing how everyone can find DTs better than the ones Dallas has. The should hire a DT specialist as a scout or something.

PFF uses 60 as the baseline average for their grades. Sadly, the defense grades certainly pass the eye test. Almost half the offense below average, mostly matches the eye test.
