Look at the rest here: http://all22breakdown.com/pro-football-focus-grades-the-dallas-cowboys-in-week-3/

Shocked to see Fred and Martin so low.

Claiborne looks like he's right where he belongs.

Glad that Doug Free had a bounce back game. I know last week I noticed him (as we all did) on every other play getting pushed back, blown past, ect; just doing terrible. This week didn't really even notice him, I guess when it comes to O-Line it's a good thing when your name isn't being mentioned much.

'Shocked' is probably not the right word to use for something as subjective as the PFF player grades. It is a bit surprising, though. Shows you the effect of a game plan on a position group and how hard that is to separate when you're evaluating players' performance.

Shows how hard it is to block Aaron Donald and other interior Rams DL.
Our interior guys are outstanding most weeks but this was one of their biggest challenges of the year.

What Tyron did with Quinn is just unreal. He handled with what seemed like ease on pass plays and then erased him on run plays.

I'm skeptical of ANY rating system that has The Beard tied with Claiborne for worst performance.

Any grading system that says Frederick had the worst performance for our team yesterday is just plain and simply out of whack.

Don't put much stock into PFF's ratings, but at least it looks like they got Tyron right.

Tyron seems to elevate his game when he goes against the best. Made arguably the best DE in the league invisible yet again.

In fairness to PFF, they will readjust their o-line rankings once the All-22 tape comes out. They were harsh on DAL last week before they watched the All-22.

In terms of the play count breakdown, number of tackles and those type things these charts are great; however, I don't trust their ratings.

yup. the data is there... it just doesn't seem to add up like it should.

guy plays 3 snaps and is all pro (+2 or whatever) because he blitzed a couple of those and covered a TE well the other whilst a guy can be asked to cover Dez or Calvin Johnson all day and get huge negative points for allowing you to win games by keeping the guy at 100 yards and a 1 TD.

The guy who makes the PFF ratings reminds me of all the forum members who still think we run a Tampa 2.
