You guys remember a thread in August that said "I'm worried about Tyron Smith" followed with 100 post sayin he's washed. Then me being like "If there is one player on this entire team I'm not worried about when it comes to actual football play it's Tyron Smith" Yea I remember too.

Look I found it

https://cowboyszone.com/threads/micah-parsons-is-the-best-medicine-for-tyron-smith.512428/

I take it back..it's just the same old trolls saying it.
Saying "Tyron Smith is good" isn't really worth this level of patting yourself on the back.

No, but I remember 100 threads over the past few years saying he can't stay healthy and we need to be prepared for when he misses time and that that being the #1 criticism of him...but go ahead and flex if you feel the need

Although PFF didn't score Chuma high here (probably due to run blocking), I am a bit relieved that he has shown he's at least a capable starter at guard. That way if Tyron does have to miss some time, we should be able to put Tyler at LT without it hurting too badly. I wouldn't expect Tyler to be out too much longer.
I agree, Chuma Edoga is not good on run blocking, something Matt Farniok was excellent at. I would have rather kept Farniok over Edoga for that reason, plus Farniok has healthy knees, something Edoga does not.

You must be in that thread with how sensitive you are over this specific topic.

I could pat myself on the back in almost every thread I post in at this place. If that's what you think it is I'm doing...well that doesn't surprise me. It's easy to look good here.

I did not think Farniok look very good at guard in the preseason. However, he looked better than Hoffman at guard and center. We brought in Edoga to be a veteran with starting experience who could step in at guard or tackle (although I'd rather he didn't at tackle). I have no problem keeping him over Farniok.

I've touched a nerve. Probably hoping Tyron Smith gets injured so you can start a thread about it.
Wrong again. One of my favorite players of this era. Doesn't mean I don't accept his potential to get injured isn't about as high as any player in the league though. Try again of wee-minded one. Why don't you start a thread about how you spelled cat correctly in 9th grade

Ironically, you're getting your panties in a wad over not being able to read. I never once said I wasn't worried about him getting injured, you did that when you got sensitive over me calling out people who said he was washed when Micah Parsons was beating him in training camp. Why are you so upset over that? Are you mad he was the best lineman on our team Sunday? Are you mad he isn't injured yet? I'm so confused. You good?

I think people that Collinsworth likes get a 10 point bonus every week since he is the owner. Nothing stood out terrible for some of the lower ranked players.

Do you ever tire of being wrong? I didn't say that you said you weren't worried about him getting injured, did I? Why don't you point out where I said that. And why would I be upset about him playing well? You don't even make any sense.

This is what I said that got you so worked up and I think it's pretty clear who has their panties all twisted over the topic...

so maybe it's just your lack of understanding about how a forum works. I'll help. Someone starts a thread (even if stupid) and people comment. Some agree, some disagree and some correct incorrect statements or add to the topic.

There were 25 posts in that thread, and maybe one or two of them questioning his level of play.

No one in there right mind questions Tyron when he is healthy. Everyone questions him staying healthy
