Will McClay deserves more credit than Jerry for our success. If Jerry were so great, he would have bolstered the OL in the offseason.

That franchise is what has been a specially directed object from Jerry for about 10 years now. He did an intense series of searches to bring about this intensely effective Scouting Department. Also, his team after-action-analysis and team involvement in the coaching staff has been system integrated both with talent levels and desired emphasis on skill sets.

Oh, Jerry's skillsets and knowledge was involved with franchise directions and also being able to always project a competitive team on the field ever year. Tougjh job within the dynamics of the Dallas Cowboys, obviously.

if you didn’t consider that he delegates the entire job , they might have a point but I suspect Jerry paid someone off. So, it comes does to either a bribe or pff has a moron on staff.

No way in hell Belichick is top 5, their drafts haven't been that good in a while

The first sentence.

Jerry is fortunate to find someone willing to trade credit and position for cash. it's the only way he could possibly maintain this charade.

BI’ll Bellichick has drafted exactly 2 pro-bowlers in the past decade and both were special teams players. He’s one of the worst GM’s in the league.

Per the article:

Jerry Jones, Dallas Cowboys (since 1994)

First and foremost, we have to mention Cowboys vice president of player personnel Will McClay, who deserves as much credit for what Dallas does year in and year out as anyone.
And yet, McClay does not receive the proper recognition, namely that of carrying out actual general manager responsibilities. Commonly, Jones receives full recognition, while McClay is not acknowledged for doing the veritable work. PFF should be given props in this instance for giving a nod to Mr. Smithers, as they shine their spotlight on Mr. Burns.

How long has Roseman been with the Eagles? The answer is 13 years. During that time we saw the Eagles make a lot of bad picks. But recently the Eagles benefitted from trades, particularly trades of players for 1st round draft picks.

Jerry gets the credit in Dallas, but it has been McClay that has made the difference on draft day.

Was a little surprised too with the Belichick nomination. If you click the link, they explain its because they include his entire career.

I don't know New England's management history, but I could have sworn he had a GM for many of those Super Bowls before he took over the GM job?

I remember him releasing guys like Lawyer Milloy, but thought he still had a GM, was just given head coach authority.
