PFF is dumb. That said, Chris Jones is a monster.

In another universe, maybe we draft the athletic 6'6" 310lb from the SEC instead of the linebacker with severe knee injury.

If we ever prioritize DTs, maybe that would be the case.

Wagner was the guy we should have signed. Would have made. Huge difference solidifying the middle and the run.

Unfortunately, he costs more than we are willing to spend. It's one of the main problems I have with the Joneses' FA philosophy. Few want them to set the market on free agents, but they won't even consider "moderately" priced free agents, only bargain (which is another word for cheap).
