PFF's All-Cowboys Team For The Past 20 Years

https://www.pff.com/news/nfl-dallas-cowboys-all-pff-team-the-best-players-of-the-past-20-years

Once I saw Jaylon Smiths name....I knew this was not a serious list

Stupid list. Wasn't Roy Williams a 5 time pro bowler?
His last couple seasons when he got toasted in coverage probably dropped his career PFF grade. If they only counted his first five seasons he would definitely be here.

DT- Leroy Glover played 4 years, 4 pro bowls and 2 all pros
DE- Greg Ellis, even though we took him over Randy Moss
LG- Larry Allen played 5 years in the 2000s, therefore he on the list easily over Tyler Smith
S- Roy Williams over Barry Church, easily. How the heck did Church make list, lol
LB- Dexter Coakley over Jaylon Smith, easily.
Who the heck made this list.
Did TO play with us in the 80s or something. Why the heck no TO.

These are some of the players that need to be on the list
Glover, Allen nor Coakley played past the 2005 season. This list is 2006 and later.

I stopped reading after Jaylon Smith....WTH????

Lol, all you need to know about PFF.

Dak doesn't belong in the same room as Romo, who was infinitely better.

Was T.O. not in the last 20 years? Romo over Dak IMO.
But that is a good list.
It's only good because you can't get them all wrong. I'm sure this is totally stat driven. Chat GPT could probably give you the same results.

Diggs in coverage was never all that good. Even in the year he had 11 picks he gave up a crap-ton of yards. If he wasn't getting turnovers- and don't get me wrong, those are really important- Diggs was more of a liability than an asset.

Bland actually had more good years in coverage than Diggs; except for the last two when the foot problems started.
A lot of those yards weren't on him. But pff has no way to differentiate that. "You're closest to the ball then it's your fault. Go for the ball because you have a safety backing you up who then misses the tackle and it's all your fault. Not your guy but you read the play and come off your guy and actually end up in a better position to make a play, and it's all your fault.
