PFF's highest graded QBs from week 1

If we can just get Dak and his receiving core to play well in the same game, the season is looking a lot better.

It looks good to me. Dak played well enough to upset the Eagles in their stadium.

For someone who has gotten annoyed at Dak, he looked way better week 1 than any point last year. Hopefully, this is the Dak for 2025
He played well. 4 drops were huge. One in the endzone before the fumble.

Hopefully we put the Fangio theory to rest.
This ........IMO is what makes Dak's performance more impressive. As good as this is, with all the weapons he has, on their turf, Dak didn't miss a beat. You know w/o Carter he threw everything at Dak he could. Hell, Sirianni even tracked Dak down on the field after the game and to tell him was a hell of a dude.

I know they lost but when you consider Lamb drops, Fangio, Eagles defensive playmakers on their turf, it's pretty impressive. Honestly, Schotty was the top 3 Coach of the Week IMO. He def had the team ready.......

Frustrating to see only 4 people (including myself) like this very impressive Week 1 performance stat from our franchise QB.

I dont believe in PFF except when they had Dak not ranked as a top 10 QB. That was accurate

I agree, he had an attitude.

Not a Cowboys fan, but thought Dak threw the ball exceedingly well last Thursday. Like jump off the screen well.

Curious if Dak would have been the highest rated QB had his #1 WR not dropped 2 (if not 3) very catchable balls or if his rating accounts for that.

Dak is gonna Dak.
His fans are clinging to anything they can, but he is Dak.
And all that that implies.
But it won't be long until his fans are clinging to the first game and pointing fingers at anyone else they can blame a loss on.

I'm not a huge Dak fan..

but if you can't accept that he played great.. that just smells of an agenda to me.

That is what PFF eating does. If you make a throw and it is dropped, you get the credit for the throw just the same as if it had been caught. It is the most accurate assessment of a players performance there is taking every single play into account. Dak looked elite in the game and he was. Better than Hurts, better than Allen, better than Rodgers...
