PFT: Aikman's broadcasting presence causes concern for some teams

I doubt very strongly that Aikman would trade in his integrity and risk his broadcasting just to give the Cowboys an unfair advantage on Sundays.

Right, if anything he would do just the opposite from his comments according to some people....no, J/K.
He would never do that.
he did say on the Musers shows lasts week....does he want the Cowboys to do well...yes he does. But at the same time he needs to keep things unbiased as a commentator in the national media.

And that is what a "perfect" analyst would be... utterly and completely unbiased. And with flawless integrity. Right? We don't want "blind homers" and we don't want "irrational haters".

And, of course, we don't want slime-balls.

Troy is not a homer, nor is he a hater. He's found the perfect balance. Totally unbiased.

And here's proof: Many Cowboys fans believe Troy is a Dallas hater. And many fans of Cowboys opponents believe Troy is a Dallas homer.

Troy was a perfectionist as a player... so it only makes sense that Troy is a perfectionist as an analyst.

...which makes this absurd suspicion about Troy's integrity all the more hilarious. So... freakin'... funny.

I agree. Troy gave it his all to be a top QB he is now in his 2nd profession and he is doing the same with this profession.

Florio is just talking out of his ***. Aikman wouldn't do anything to help them win.

But if he's right, Aikman himself has said that he's closer to the Eagles organization than he is to the Cowboys.

Has anyone noticed that we're 0-3 versus the Eagles the past three years when we play them on FOX and Buck and Aikman call the game? Weird coincidence.

He should throw a brother a bone and give Danny Snyder anything he needs..........

Hey, Sonny Jurgensen was trying to pass some knowledge on to Jim Zorn.

A league source said this? That's some serious stuff there. It must be Goodell himself. Florio wouldn't post an inflammatory rumor unless it came from the highest levels.

this is nonsense. furthermore, i highly doubt anything that comes out of a meeting like that could be all that substantial anyway. besides, in this technological age, everything the coaches and players need to know is all on film for all to see. especially in new england. :lmao2:

Who doesn't know what the Raiders are going to do on offense? The QB is going to drop back and try to go deep on every pass play. Everyone knows that is the Raider way.
