Well, he does not have to answer to Rodger because there is no CBA!!
:D

Grab some more sweater puppies, Haynesworth, while you can...
:laugh2:

sweater puppies?

Interesting terminology :laugh2:

In the complaint, a waitress said that the incident happened in the hotel's rooftop lounge, while she was clearing a table.

In court documents the waitress said that her hands were full of glasses when Haynesworth asked to pay his bill using a credit card. According to the court document, Haynesworth asked her if it was OK to slip the credit card into her shirt. She nodded yes, and Haynesworth slipped the credit card down her blouse. The waitress said the football player then grabbed and caressed her breast.

It would be very easy to prejudge Albert Haynesworth knowing his background, but this setup is a bit much. If her hands were full of glasses, why didn't she just tell him that she would come back for his credit card? It would help his or her case if there was video of this happening or not happening inside the restaurant.

Kinda means the grand jury saw something in her story to bring the charges.

Insisting he wanted to pay immediately and before she could drop off the dishes, Haynesworth tapped the woman on her arm and shoulder with his card, according to the court papers. The waitress "looked up and down at herself, as if wondering where (Haynesworth) expected her to put (the card)," when he slid the card down the center of her bra and began touching her breast, the documents allege. He said something to the effect of "Can I do that?," the documents state.

One witness who saw the exchange believed that the waitress had agreed to let Haynesworth place the card in her bra, but reported that her tone turned stern and she asked him to remove his hand after he touched her, according to the documents. The card was ultimately declined, and another waitress took it back to Haynesworth, prosecutors say in the document.
