I realize Parrish is blazing fast. But is he only blazing fast in a straight line -- like on go routes -- or is he a guy that has quickness in tight spaces a la a Terry Glenn type?

That's the kind of receiver I think we've really been missing. That Welker, Glenn type of guy.

quickness in tight spaces..he plays mostly slot in Buffalo. Check this punt return out.

Like everyone else, I love Parrish's quickness. We really don't have a guy like him right now.

But why do they want to get rid of him?

The vibe is that the Bills have TO and Lee Evans and then Josh Reed goes back to the slot, which he did well in when Eric Moulds was still here. Bills plan on drafting a TE at some point, one that can actually catch the ball after everyone boo'd Robert Royal out of town. The other reason is that they have Leodis McKelvin and Terrence McGee for both kick and punt returns and McKelvin really lit it up last year. Hence, Parrish is expendable for picks.

I'd say if anything, Parrish is small and because of his size he might be more prone to injury but hey...you got to catch the guy first.

Would y'all be fine with trading for Roscoe and taking the 2nd from the Jets for Austin?

not since Jimmy left. Jerry hasn't even drafted a player from the U! since Jimmy left.

Hmm..I can't believe he'd put his personal agenda over aquiring someone just because where he played..but interesting that he doesn't like the U! product.

i wouldnt. austin has the ability to be more of a complete reciever.

not only a downfiled thread but with his size a good redzone target. i like his size and ability to leap and make plays. if we could get roscoe for a 4th ill definitrly say do it.

Miami's talent level has gone in the toilet in recent years. Sure they have put in some good players but its not like they are an NFL prospect powerhouse as of late.

If he does wind up here it will mean the end of Hurds time here not Austins or Craytons. Crayton has the best hands on the team and Austin is coming into his own which leaves Hurd out.

Make it happen Jerra!

Parrish is very quick and could be a productive slot guy with the Cowboys....not to mention the answer to our woeful punt return game.
