That is not being emotionally invested but calling Dak what he is based on his on-the-field performance. Just because I choose to hyperbole does not equate to an emotional investment...whereas you literally attack people personally that call out Dak.
Nope. You're emotionally invested, and you do attack posters who you don't agree with just like you're doing now.

I read the first page of posts and then jumped to the last.
What a toxic fanbase we have.
If I had this level of disdain and disgust for anything as so many of you do for members of your favorite team I would walk away from this entertainment source and seek out other forms of entertainment.

It's pretty sad to see actually. We all only have so many years left to live and to spend it so angry over something that has nothing to do with you and you have zero impact on is just pathetic.
Some of us are fans of the Cowboys, but that does not include worshipping players that hurts the team. I find it hard to support a player that sucks up entirely too much salary cap space while regressing from the years where he struggled to pass for 200 yards a game. I don’t even know how that is possible. How can a positive light be shown on an overpaid player that folds every time that he faces a semi-decent team. What kind of person would cheer for a player that hurts the team in so many different ways every year?

Bottom line is Dak demanded elite money and it's not unreasonable for Cowboys fans to expect great play during crunch time.

A stupid person or one that lacks intelligence to put it in a more user friendly way.

It wasn't even the money that soiled this fan on Dak, it was his unwillingness to budge at all with the term and language contractually that soured my opinion on Dak initially and then of course his total inability to back up his contract with his total ineptness.
Initial instincts on a persons ability and character are usually our most accurate analysis.

This doesn't explain anything other than you outright blaming the QB while excusing everyone else's bad performance as well.
Everybody else don’t make $40 million a year. Yes, the QB should take more of the blame. That’s his job. Dak handles the ball more than any other person on the team. I’m sorry to tell you, but he sucks at it. Too many times it’s his own behavior and level of play that causes his teammates to play bad.

What's the matter? Y'all can attack, but one can't retaliate in kind? If Y'all acted civilized and respectful, there wouldn't be any problems. Problem is y'all like to gang up on posters whose views don't sit with y'all.

Rambo here...

I know what your are saying, AC. Terrorizing this place...I don't like them either. I don't like to make girls cry.

I'm going to do the "ignore" on all them mean posters that say anything bad about the...well, you know his name.

You can't blame Dak for the contract. It was the owner\gm that handed it out and didn't do a single thing to account for a scenario where he might be in the position of paying a mediocre QB elite money. All it says about Dak is that he cares more about the money than he does his legacy. To be fair, even if he'd taken less, what would give him any solace to think the owner\gm would spend the money wisely? (example 1a: Ezekiel Elliot) This falls on GM Jerry 100%.

Dak blows as many kisses as he blows general game awareness.
yep, I think a vacuum company will be using him in their commercials later this year. I read they will be renaming one of the newer models a dak prescott. "The dak prescott sucks like no other vacuum cleaner!"
