That sucks. Wish him the best. Unfortunately for him we just seem to be to deep there and if we are being realistic he probably wouldn't have even sniffed playing last year if Wilson and Brown didn't get hurt. Now it seems like Bryant has jumped him.

I think Ventell Bryant is a possible candidate for WR #6 if his knee tweak isn't too serious. We'll soon see.

He's older (28) in today's younger group of players.

He can only run 2 or 3 routes, mostly going deep.

Career backup.

The slower Ventell Bryant has more upside simply because he can run more routes, is taller/longer, adequate speed and especially is a key special teams player (gunner). If Cowboys keep 6 WRs, Ventell Bryant will be the one.
