Depends on how you look at it it's not good news for Kellen Moore who needs weapons to help his case for the backup job next year.

I know there's no way to bet but I'am laying digital odds Moore is the back up next year.
Playing the last two games and all training camp Moore won't lose you many games.
The coaches just want to see him process the reads and get the ball to the right man.

The complaint I agree with is once the teams see enough film on Moore he'll have a real challenge

I'll give odds on his chance of being the back up next season after I see him play the final two games. Last week was the first regular-season snaps he's ever taken so he's got a ways to go to prove he can win games at this level. I'm a long way from sold on him but that could change the final two weeks.

Dez is a bad investment. Time to trade him.

I used to be a huge fan..he's nothing more than a player who wants to get paid.

Michael Irvin is the best receiver to ever play for the Cowboys.

So sick of how certain players get trashed here. Dez isn't tanking. He's freaking physically destroyed from injuries this year. His foot can be a 10-12 week thing. He added a knee on top of that.

The team gave him exactly what he asked for early in negotiations - set the WR market. Could have done that earlier and had him the entire off season. Instead we keep him away for months. He wanted to be here and deserved to get paid. We delayed the process and are paying for it.

I expect folks who think he just wanted the money are also in the "Washinton team's name is cool with me" camp.

Moore is better off with butler playing instead of Dez, and Swaim or hanna over witten, the young guys have something to
prove and will play harder.
Same for if Turbin is the main RB.

Commanders are a coolname, dez was being a bia bia not wanting to play for the franchise tag and threating to hold out, and hardy has a cleeeeeean record.

They're shutting him down because he's a wreck physically and mentally. Entirely out of shape and displaying the maturity of a toddler week after week.

Would you want to play for the tag? Hypocrites

You don't play for the tag for exactly this reason. You might break your foot, twist a knee, and the be under targeted by lackluster backups. He went into the off season as one of the best in the league. Nowhere to go but down.
