If the initial 6 match ban had been accepted at the start of the year, Zeke would be on the verge of returning and Dallas would probably be 2-3. Just accept the damn ban already

This is way beyond a ban.
First, the NFL had unequivocally stated Zeke is a woman abuser. I doubt any on here would let that stand workout a fight.

Second, Zeke would be one wing nut story from never playing again. Essentially, he probably can't be with any women until he retires. If he was and it didn't work out, a call to Goodell and Zeke is on a lifetime ban.

I don't think it would be difficult at all. If your employers really have such policies, I would say you have had an incredibly unlikely work history.

Your last question is irrelevant. I didn't say anything about liking anything.

so to you its all about the accusations and nothing else matters?

Interesting how many here CONTINUE to ignore that by wanting Zeke to quit fighting for the team supposedly. And if he does and another ho makes an accusation and he is gone for life how does THAT help the team?

I keep seeing "take the suspension now and get it over with".

Are you guys kidding me??

Some things are bigger than football, believe it or not.

This guy has been labeled a woman beater, without due process. His reputation as a human, and his career have been jeapordized. In fact, he's probably sustained irreparable damage already.

Any person in this situation should be fighting it until they either win, or literally exhaust every possible avenue. I know I would.

Where are you reading this in my posts? It is not there in any way shape or form.

I am not even expressing an opinion, just the clear fact that all employers have a different standard to apply when compared to the legal system. This is not unique to the NFL.

A lot of us work in employee at will states,so we can fired for any or even no reason at all, as long as it is not discrimination.

Take the hit with agreement from NFL if he does they wont peruse life time banned.
Let the dust settle and Zeek will get back into the the big money ad promo's.
We play out the string and reload for 2018

NFL won't agree to that I bet.

I've said all along that if Sir Rog had just said 4 games for conduct, this would have been a slam dunk and it would be long gone.

But this entire episode is about appearing tough on DV. There are sponsor, pc, and legal reasons the NFL had to make this a DV suspension.

It is possible he takes 2 games this year and then 4 games next year after the cases are settled

That would present a good opportunity for a settlement...... NFL is just too damn arrogant to see they are killing themselves trying to be SJWs

Zeke ultimately losses to the NFL. When do you want to serve the suspension? Players are squarely to blame because they signed the CBA given Roger unlimited power.

You can still form unions in right to work states. The NFL has a strong one however that CBA gave Roger the power

If he was I and truly innocent- I would fight until my last breath. *** the NFL and the Cowboys.
Sorry fans.
This is a man and his very own integrity and soul being fought for here.
I would trade blows with Mike Tyson for 15 rounds for that and I'm not a big guy, but I have a big heart and nobody tears that out of me without the fight of my life.

Let there be frustration. Let there be whatever.

FIGHT.
