Well the case she made was that #1 the arbitration was fair, and #2 the NFL has negotiated absolute power so she shouldn't interfere. It's about as horse-bleep as horse-bleep gets.

That's the case she stated. She didn't make it though.

Again, she didn't make a case. If she says NFL has absolute power because of the CBA that's just stating the obvious. But saying the arbitration process was fair is just making herself look stupid.

You are the one who said to be embarrassed to have a dick, why are you turning it around? that is weak man.
Don’t bring your sexist crap here and think it won’t be called out.
You contributed nothing to the discussion except crude sexism.
This isn’t the place for that.

Not surprised. Regardless of if he's actually innocent or not, I don't think the NFL gave him due process. I understand the NFL isn't a legal system, but it's a legal issue, not a football issue. Not only that, but it's based on accounts, not a failed drug test, or an arrest, or some other concrete event circumventing legality . Some universities are having similar issues.

The thing that gets me is that the NFL’s own investigator said no suspension should be levied and Goodell/NFL had the authority to ignore her decision without really having to explain why they ignored her decision.

I’m sure when they gave Goodell Article 46, NFLPA/players never thought he’d use it like this (or like w/ Brady)

Reading the ruling now, check out her language on page 24:

The pertinent terms of the CBA reside at the crossroads of the public’s desire for the controlled carnage that is the sport of football and the NFL’s ability to discipline players for off-the-field violence. With this in mind, the Court finds that the public interest weighs in favor of denying injunctive relief

They'll file another appeal which will get rejected, then its game over.

Its game over during the season. In the offseason Zeke will win the lawsuit, Goodell will be fired and then Zeke will file a separate lawsuit against the NFL for damages.

Unfortunately he can't get those 6 games back.

Looking at the thread up top I'd play it cool or at least find a wink wink way around it. Don't want to see anyone not be able to post when you can say the same thing in a different way you know.
