Well I guess Tate hasn't been studying film if he's never heard of Church. What have you been doing Tate to get ready for the game? That would be my question. At the end of the day Church is now in his head since he had to take time out and think about it and respond. So Tate tell me how that doesn't effect your team?

I predict... Golden Tate tips ball into the air fearing the hit that is coming... Church does his thing and it's an INT.

Lol. Tate's never heard of church. My hope is after this Sunday, he and Stafford will do what me and my brother tried to do every Sunday, avoid church.

I would rather have seen Church refrain from the trash talk and simply lower the boom on Tate. It likely would have been much more effective if it came as a surprise to both Tate and the refs when the slobberknocker were to be applied on its victim. Also, Tate has considerably more speed than Church that could be used to hurt the team. In any case, we'll see what develops. Talk is cheap and more often than not, that's all that comes of it. If Barry gets the best of the deal, no doubt, congratulations will be in order.

The only good thing is if Church is able to keep his word, we'll know exactly the meaning behind the big hit. As long as it's within the rules, the refs should let it go, even if they're looking for something. Regardless of any of this, winning is the best revenge.

Church just needs to keep his mouth shut, and play ball. He needs to make sure he and JJ cover the TEs and TACKLE!!!! WRAP UP and TACKLE the CORRECT way!!. Forget about Golden Tate because he cannot cover Tate, but when he has a chance to tackle him do it, and if he is matched up with Tate in coverage then he had better find a way to cover him oh and pray, but he needs to keep his mouth shut and focus on doing his JOB!!!

Barley, as in barley flakes? LOL. Because I'm a girl, and even I know who Church is. Although admittedly, I am a girl lifetime Cowboys fan, lol, but still. What real Cowboys fan doesn't know who Barry Church is??

All I can say is, Tate says he doesn't know who Church is? Tate hasn't been looking at Cowboys tapes for the last two years. lol. Church is not perfect and he is not elite, but he damn sure knows how to get the job done in a gritty game, in a hard fought profession. Well, I sure as hell hope Church "introduces" himself to Tate, and to obviously some Cowboys fans who don't know him yet, and then when Tate is rolling around on the ground, wincing in pain, Barry can look down at him and say...........
"Hi. I'm Barry Church.... TO MY WORLD."

I know he did, Rocyaice. I was just being silly. When I was a kid I had a cousin who used to call me Barley Flakes (kimberly>kimbarley>barley flakes), and it reminded me of that. Mix good memories with good beer, and sometimes you end up with goofy posts. lol. But I hope Tate really doesn't know who our Mr. Church is, or anybody else on our D, either. I hope he is really shocked Sunday when he is picking his butt and his teeth up off the canvas. I want him to hear bells ringing and birds chirping inside that little peabrain of his. I want our D to knock that snide smirk right off of his cocky face, so hard that even next week, when he's watching the playoffs on his couch, he still doesn't remember them, or much of anything else either.

I'd rather he just keep his cool. The refs are looking for it and they'd probably be quick to suspend someone after the whole world says they got it wrong with Suh. Unless Church says his shoulder was too cold. I've seen perfectly clean hits get fines and penalties over the recent years. We can't beat Green Bay with a depleted secondary. I don't want us giving the refs any reason to throw the flag.
