The part that sucks for me is that two of the games he's slated to miss are key games against division rivals.

I'll take that over him missing both of those games twice which is what it would have been had they upheld his suspension at 10 games. Of course ultimately I would love for him not to miss any but at least he'll be back for the other division games at the Giants and Eagles.
