No, you missed. Greedy is taking up so much of the cap that the team cannot compete for a super bowl. No one gives a fried bird turd what the players make on a personal note. How did you miss this so badly?

One thing I see is when cap goes up, the stars want the enormous contracts, but the rest of the
team gets smaller contracts.
Most of the teams players dont make much where certain guys make ridiculous amounts.

The stars cant be stars, without their low pay teammates doing their part, so at some
point I would think the low payed guys would get tired of supporting the guys who
make all the money.

It takes a team effort to win, but only small parts of the team are making all the money.
