News: [PFT]: I think if I had $40 million, I'd be the happiest man alive. - Micah Parsons

Jerry has a pattern of waiting to maximize the amount of money he has to pay his players. I think he does this b/c the money has to be spent and he hates signing free agents he doesn't know. So he figures that he might as well spend it on his guys. Either that or he's a clueless idiot.

Today's players are all about how much money they can get away with. I'm done supporting today's greedy players. Trade them, Jerry, while you can get a bunch of draft picks for them.
The Cowboys couldn’t get a third round pick for Micah Parsons. He’s signing for $40 million per season…with the Cowboys. And he’ll regret it.

Could be a little of column a, little of column b.

He’s not getting traded. It’s a Cowboys fans’ pipe dream. Trade Micah and use the draft picks to build a roster that can compete with the Commanders and Eagles. How about “no”. No team is trading valuable cost controlled draft talent for a player that has to be paid $40 million per season right out of the gate. I notice the Cowboys, in decline, don’t trade draft picks for expensive star players. And the Cowboys are the worst run franchise in the NFL. The other 31 teams are managed by smarter guys than the Cowboys. Micah has almost no trade value.
