That's what I'm saying. I never heard Norman say "he(Dez) said this".

The way I took it it's what he was thinking or said to Dez as his response.
I think it started out as a metaphor (that what he called it), but when he was given multiple opportunities to clarify by a few different reporters, he didn't.

Ready for the Minnesota game. Think the 10 days after/mini bye week will be beneficial for the team (Chaz, Mo).

I actually appreciate that he came forward and cleared Dez's side. That takes a decent person.

What I would love him to do is learn to control his words in the future regardless of the situation

I imagine if you're from anywhere in "hood" America, clip IS the correct term. lol

If there's one thing I hate about gangstas, it's that they're not very precise with their language some times. I think we can all agree they need to think before they speak.

Rewatching the game, missed that part where Dez is celebrating Dak's TD run and Norman walks over and shoves him right in front of the referee.

Who of course doesn't toss a flag.

Maybe I'm in the minority, but I actually prefer the disrespect that manifests from two teams that don't like each other, it's rather refreshing.
The NFL brand has become too PC since Tagliabue(sp) turned over the reigns.
There was also one play during the game, I believe it was a Washington LBer, after a reception by Witten, the LBER was on the ground and raised his hand to Witten as he walked by for a little help up, and Witten just ignored him.
I loved that.
I agree except for the disrespect part. You can have rivalry and genuine dislike without disrepecting logos, twisting ankles, telling lies on each other, etc. The Witten thing was great, though. I noticed that too.

I saw that too. I thought it was strange given that Dak and Dez have been doing that to honor their deceased parents, Dak all season and Dez most recently.

Speaking of SaS he was very hard on Dez for the comments. I hope he rights that wrong.

From the beginning I was confused if Norman said "from where I'm from" was he repeating what he said Dez said or what he said to Dez?

That "clip" comment was from Norman, not from Dez. There's some confusion about that.

I'm glad Norman confessed and clear Dez's reputation.
I wonder if those radio/television/social media commentators who said they believe Dez said what he did will apologize.

Yes. I finally heard someone in the media say that Norman was referring to himself on First Take. I'm confused as to how anyone heard it that he was ever saying Dez said that. He was saying, referring to himself, "where I'm from.."
