PFT: Schotty has confidence in Bass replacing Tyler Smith

Exactly. Does anyone think Shottenheimer would say "Bass is terrible and we are in trouble..."?
Of course.

Ive been told here many times that Jones has relinquished full team control to Der Schottenheimer.

Achtung, baby

I am concerned over this. Bass will be decent, but I am still concerned. All eyes will be on Bass now.
Time for the defense to step up even more to help.
And you are 100% right to be concerned about a ginger at the starting position.

South Park warned us about this sort of thing many moons ago

Bass with some tatos and peas on side, dash of lime. Will work just fine.;)

Personally, I don’t really have any confidence on any of these schmos on the OL. They don’t have any Travis Frederick, Zack Martin, L Allen or even Tyrone Smith… that you just plug in and not worry.

All these current guys have warts, weaknesses, faults and more money than brains. Mighty tall order to rely on Bass to play great at LT. Dak will be seeing lots of ghosts out there. Things could go south very quickly.

Bass is at LG, not LT.

He's a solid backup. He's not Smith. After these first 2 weeks it gets rough. Hope its closer to 4 weeks.

Only if Guyton can play RT. Guyton has looked good the little he played last year toward the end, and he has looked solid so far this year
Steele on the other hand..........
Guyton can’t play LT.

Doubt he does any better at RT.

Pass-Blocking Grade: 49.8, allowing six sacks over the course of the season
