News: PFT: Trysten Hill fell asleep during team meeting with Isiah Thomas

Hill has been asleep all season. Looked like he was sleepwalking against the Eagles. He was the only player on our defense who got bad reviews against Philly. Appears he’s determined to make his rookie season forgettable.

I understand the guy is young but I was expecting a little more from the 58th overall pick. He hasn’t even been good enough to suit up for games. I know it’s very early in his career but he’s got “bust” written all over him so far. Crawford going on IR is giving this kid an opportunity and he’s blowing it.

He thought Tank was talking to him when he said to sleep on it. Simple misunderstanding.

He thinks extending film study is playing Madden. Put the xbox down and stop going to bed at 3am. This is what adult life is.

Michael Bennett should tell him the story of his brother Martellus. Ahhh... to be young and foolish.

This made it to media to try to show accountability. TOO FREAKIN LATE. Bye Jason

Next week he'll be diagnosed with narcolepsy, and all you folks are gonna feel really bad!
I couldn’t feel no worse about him than I have felt since the day he was drafted. The only way I could feel better about him is if him and Marinelli is sent to a Russian gulag. Now that would make me feel warm and fuzzy about both of them.

Wonder if Hill has been tested for sleep apnea. That is the stuff that used to happen to my bro all the time. He had no energy either, then got on a CPAP and Bam it is completely different now

Agreed, never know. See my reply above.

As a wise man/friend has told me: "Never guess why. Why is subjective. You can never guess a persons intent".

Don't know if he intended to fall asleep at the meeting. Who knows he may not have been able to sleep the night before. Could be a medical condition? I won't guess.

But regarding his on the field play. I haven't seen much so far. Hope he proves me wrong and does well. If not churn the roster and get something for him or improve him in the off-season. What is the kid like 21?

It was known he had issues and nothing was to be expected from him the first 2 or so seasons. He was a huge project.
