You are the premier franchise in pro football. Despite not even getting close to a championship in 30 years. THIRTY YEARS.

Go and get one of the best coaches in all of football by any means possible. Trade for Mcvey or O’Connell. Get Vrabel. Or Belichick. Quit monkeying around with these questionable hires at head coach. And then let them hire their own assistants

It doesn't matter

Any coach that is hired in Dallas will probably have no say in his staff or the kind of team he wants to build.

it's all jerry so meh.

He’s coaching a loaded offense. 2 excellent RBs and arguably the best Oline in football. I think plenty of coaches can look good in that situation. Then people expect the same thing here. They’ll be very disappointed!

Hmm, I honestly can't even bring myself to care who's the HC next year as long as Jerry is calling the shots in his purchased occupation.

I guess I'd be happy if it was Ben Johnson but other than that I really don't care.

If I had to bet I'd say they will run it back with McCarthy for another 2-3 years

The Vikings allowed 20 less TDs than us and Flores came through the Patriots learning personnel under a whiz kid and then learning defense under Belichick.
No one in NFL coaches the coaches harder.
I could care less about his lawsuit over the Dolphins though Jerry might as he certainly doesn't want anyone who isn't a yes man.

Vrabel is also a Pats guy obviously but only has 1 year of Coordinator experience before getting his first head gig and appears to be headed to either NY or NE.

Mike looks like he lived his life in the oilfields, and she is a model but is actually over 40 which is shocking but good for her and I guess him.
Hopefully she takes post of her photos solo because poor Zim looks like a crypt keeper standing next to her.

He may be a good coach but I question his character. He sued the NFL and 3 teams over race. He was let go for trying to gain control of the GM job. Ownership would have retained him if he didnt act like a control freak.He also alienated the QB room but his biggest fault was he didn't work well with people.

Being a 41 year old coach with some upside does not allow you to consolidate your power and provoke your boss. That is simply not smart. His ego took a hit so he lashed out with accusations because he certainly could not be wrong.
