Guess we could have spent $100+ million on our Dline to get a + next to our C grade.
Free Agency like the draft shouldn't be judged for a few years.
See: Eagles 2015 free agency grade.
Commanders have been getting A's in free agency for years now. Hasn't translated to any championships, so take these grades with a grain of salt.
It was a first wave of free agency grade. There's no question we're getting all A+s in this second wave.
As an aside, I'm about to hit 30 thousand likes. I don't know if they have something planned but I'd rather not make a big deal about it and overshadow these signings today.
The Thornton signing will be a lot more impactful than this guy thinks. The middle of the dline was their weakness.

The Cowboys have been busier restructuring deals than handing out new ones, a problem for a team with severe talent deficiencies at most positions. Not bringing back Greg Hardy is obviously the right decision, but equally obvious is the tenuous state of a Dallas pass rush that wasn’t good enough with him. Compounding that issue are numerous holes in the secondary, which veterans Leon Hall and Dashon Goldson are being courted to help plug. We like Dallas’ reported interest in Hall more than Goldson, but we’ll see where things go. Adding Cedric Thornton to the D-line is a nice move and shoring up their LB depth with Kyle Wilber behind Rolando McClain, who, like Morris Claiborne, inked a one-year deal, all makes sense. But do they make a big enough difference for an average ‘D’ that was overburdened with Tony Romo’s injury? And what’s the plan at running back and in the receiving corps after Dez?

At the point they did this, the only outsider we added is Thornton. Since then we have added Morris, who while not exciting is a solid back, added Mayowa and possibly Robinson. Not huge signings but all add value and improve depth and allow us to go with BPA in the draft. CB is no longer a huge need, nor is RB. DE, S and backup QB are probably the three biggest needs still. Cutting Carr or greatly reducing his pay and signing someone like Nelson would cut our needs down to two.
Wow.
This is like the third time, at least, that I've seen you reference your likes count. Mind boggling. I can't take you in the least bit serious any longer.
Which is a shame.
Farewell.

Want to Wager?
I say you cant even your like vs post at the 31,300 post mark. That's 3.78 likes per post. Amy knocks that down to 2.85 and you have the draft (CB 1st rd and 2nd rd) and Benson Mayowa - So I think Im being generous.
The wager is my 113 Trophy points for yours. 226 Trophy points will be more secure than Emmitts rushing record
You're a high roller.
Go big or go home
After giving it some thought I have to decline. I just can't risk my trophy points.
He is a popular guy. Hate the game, not the player.
Signing 6 or 7 of your own back from a 4-12 team should at least get a D in my book. Not that they were bad signings, but it's still 4-12.
