They are not the final word in talent evaluation. They miss more than they get right.

They actually get a lot more right than they miss which is why higher picks, on average, are far better than lower round picks. Furthermore, we are not talking about what could be but what is. These people are watching tape of every single QB in the NFL and planning out how to beat them. That means they are objectively looking at each player to see the strengths and weaknesses of them. The people who do that every week in order to win games think Dak is a top 10 QB.
