Game Day Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys | Postgame

Had to go to an event at halftime, and just watched the replay.

Wow… I don’t think I have ever been so happy and so pissed off in the same game lol

So many mistakes. So many missed opportunities. Horrid play-calling at times— particularly to fail to score after we recovered the fumble on the punt return. To not run the ball and then to not take the lead on a FG?!?! Just utter stupidity.

But then the D stepped up. Osa came up clutch and Dak and Pickens have an incredible connection.

Huge win. But please stop all the self-inflicted wounds lol

Schotty said he would do it the same all over again.

Did Jaelan Phillips play today? I missed the 1st cowboys series, but didn’t hear his name called. Name not in the stat sheet either.

got lucky
Definitely a weird game. Eagles get the breaks in the first half, including the roughing the kicker that's been proven to be a bad call.

We get the breaks in the second, with the Eagles committing a lot of penalties. Of course, we made some of those breaks, too. Great strip by Sam Williams on Barkley and some pop on that special teams fumble.

I left for church with us down 21-0 and never thought I'd come back to a 24-21 victory.

Got pretty ugly at the end, at least somebody figured out they wanted to win today
We should have had it on the end zone throw to Lamb. Didn't think we'd get another chance.

Your team still is in great shape to compete for another title run, but the ship seems a little wonky. I mean, I'd love to give all the credit to our second-half shutout to our defense, but your offense did a lot of self-destructing, too.

Huge win! So sloppy but they showed toughness in this game and had complementary football! Both sides made plays when the game was on the line!
Odighizuwa has looked better since we traded for Quinnen. I think he's getting some favorable matchups (like he did when Parsons was here) and taking advantage of it. But at least he's taking advantage of his one-on-ones.

Is it just me or was Tyler Smith great today after not seeming to be himself recently
I think he's starting to be fully recovered from his injury. Sometimes we expect too much from players when they fight through injuries and get back out there. Just because they are on the field doesn't mean they are healthy.

It's about time, and Dak came up big thru adversity (CeeDee drops).
Well, the interception was on him. If he's going to throw that ball, he needed to get it out ahead of Lamb. But he overcame that, too, with a good game.

Of course, this is exactly what some of us have been saying for years. Our QB makes a mistake and usually, even if he doesn't make another, we can't afford it because our defense can't hold. Our defense held this time and allowed him to make up for that mistake.
