No thats his face and demeanor. Yes he does have Diabetes and no you dont get stoned on Diabetes medication, unless taking Illegal drugs is part his medication.

I thought when someone said he looked stoned I thought they were referring to him looking like he didn't want to be out there. The medication makes you look drowsy. Its understandable. And the guy isn't stoned lol. You don't get stoned then play football lol. Yea he's not doing much but he's not playing like someone is stoned.

I'm diabetic and I've never heard of diabetes meds that make you look like Jay Cutler. I think he's just got dumbface.

My dad and Grandpa both take medication for Diabetes. And they never look drowsy or stoned. But like I said, Cutler always looks like that.

At some point the eagles will hit a home run. The Bears have had great opportunities but Cutler is having a bad night and his mechanics are terrible.

on a positive note, he is throwing the ball where no one can get it....and not turning it over.
