holy crap. Maybe Washington should just keep its starters out of TC? He, Portis, and Springs should be back for the Dallas game, so no difference really.

Abdominal tears, dislocated shoulders, and back sprains are 3 very lingering injuries that tend to reoccur. At least one of them will miss time in the regular season because of a relapse of said injury, book it.

Atleast we got to the playoffs last year after embarrasing you guys at Home.

Right now we're a little nicked and honestly don't see us beating you in Big D cuase Owens on one of our backup CB's simply scares me.

But its still early, I see a much improved Dalls team this yr anyway, since Parcell's in his coaching career has never really had two bad years in a row.

That being said I thinks the Cowboys and the Skins being the best two teams in the NFC east this yr battling for the top spot. Anyway I look forward to our meetings this yr because I feel the Rivalry actually means something this yr after we won both games last yr. For a while there it really wasn't even a Rivalry.

BTW very impressed with Romo so far even though its 1 game. He looked comfortable out there, no happy feet, did scan several options on almost every play and got rid of the ball quickly and decisvely - all traits of a good QB - You guy may have a good one in Romo after Bledsoe...

Care to discuss any of my points??

Injuries do seem to have a contageous nature, but Daniels was overdue. It was a miracle he stayed healthy last year.

Just a friendly tip. If your username is supposed to be that of the Washington CB, you spelled it wrong. R-O-G-E-R-S.

Is this all that big of a story.

If I've mentioned it once, I've mentioned it a million times. 4 of Daniels 8 sacks last year came against Torrin Tucker in 1 game. Before that game, Daniels had a whopping 6 sacks in his LAST 36 games.

Color me not intimidated by the almighty Phillip Daniels.

No doubt!

I am not sure why a 2 week injury to a spare Commander even merits mention much less a thread on page 1.

The Skins are ridiculously thin and they will suffer when injuries inevitably strike. So will alot of other teams. We are trying right now to add depth at WR/OT to prevent the same lack of depth. We are doing so because we saw the effects last year. My guess is the Skins learn their lesson this season.

Portis and Springs are factors. Daniels is a yawner all the way.

that sucks. but it looks like all the injuries are not serious and they will get their players back in time and healthy.
