The game is over and it was a heck of a game. Now could someone please tell me who the heck I was supposed to be rooting for? I honestly went back and forth on the matter all night long.

You really didn't have to support either team ...

If the Eagles won (and we did) ...the Giants and Cowboys need to fight for 2nd place ...

If the Cowboys beat the Giants, they have a reasonably good chance to obtain a playoff berth.

If the Giants beat the Cowboys, they have a reasonably good chance to obtain a playoff berth.

If either the Cowboys or the Giants lose, a Commanders win over either team could send either team packing.

This is not going to be a cake-walk for the Eagles either ...but DeSean Jackson is back, and Westbrook is practicing and may play in one or both of the two remaining games. The Notorious Mr Vick and Leonard Weaver (FB) are starting to move the chains in 3rd and short configurations. The Football Gods seem to smiling down on us ...at least for now.

But this has been one heck of a ride for all the teams. My one goal is for the Eagles to climb up on one of those undefeated teams (preferrably the Saints) and beat the crap out of them in the playoffs.
