Amazing to me that Philly had a C on their practice squad that's better than our 2 active Cs, both 2nd round picks. That guy was really impressive against us and looks good again tonight.

When's the last time we threw an interception that got wiped out by a penalty on the defense? It seems like our defense gets quite a few of those calls against it (or even OFFENSIVE penalties that wipe out interceptions our defense gets), but I don't remember our offense benefitting from one in a long time.

He really isn't working with much. If you based your opinion about him by looking at his entire career rather than a single play I would weigh your words more.

A career rating of 56.5 with 11 TD and 14 interceptions isn't that impressive. I suppose he's a serviceable backup, but we don't really even know what our current backups can do.

And yeah, I like him as a solid backup definately not a starting caliber QB. He's a good athlete to boot. Don't think we're in the position to acquire him any time soon though, or that we would even pursue it considering our other needs.

He didn't have a supporting cast in either situation. And I've said twice before he is a career backup, I just happen to think he is better than most in that regard.

In his other two starts he looked pretty good. Stats lie, he came up with pretty big plays in those games (rushing and passing).

That said, he is having a bad game today but the Eagles are looking horrible in general.
