I only have a couple of comments so I won't be very long.
Yeah, it looks it.....

Easy NFC-East in 2000 - 2004; Eagles window closes in 2004 after Superbowl loss to the Pats ...2005 an improved NFC-East slams the window shut; injuries not a factor!
The numbers speak for themselves. The Eagles were a
good team in a
terrible division. They're now a
good team in a
great division.

2006 NFC-East is the Beast; Eagles purportedly have easy opening schdule but will (choke/fizzle out) be inconsistent due to the difficult 2nd part of the schedule.
Yeah, those Texans, Packers, and 49'ers are looking primed for huge years, huh? It's night and day different from the better teams they'll face at season's end - on the road.

Are you serious!? Even if I weren't an Eagles fan I'd be suspicious of those perspectives. First of all, there is no such thing as an "esasy" schedule! There are some schedules that are more difficult than others, but you know that anything can happen on any given Sunday ...upsets are alive and doing well! Coaches these days are not going to prepare any less under the assumption that one team is "easier" to beat than another.
Keep telling yourself this nonsense! When you play better teams you have a tougher schedule. Bad teams don't turn into good ones overnight. Spare us all the "any given Sunday" line.

Secondly, this so-called "difficult" teams during the 2nd half of our schedule Is just as rediculous. Remember, those difficult teams have played difficult teams during the 1st half of the schedule. That said, I do Not classify the Eagles as an "easy" team. If you fool yourself into believing that, I only hope Bill Parcells does the same when we meet you (BTW ...don't you guys have an unusually early BYE-Week? How do you think that will impact your team?)
Your "theory" isn't worthy of response. What we fans think has no bearing on how our team plays - try to understand that. And Reid couldn't shine Parcells' shoes when it comes to coaching!

Final point ...the Eagles (and fans) are coming off of a tumultuous 2005 season. Whether you believe that injuries were a factor or not, is irrelevant. Because the Eagle players have been quoted in saying that they have something to prove this year; especially in the NFC-East. Now that doesn't necessarily strike fear in the hearts of anyone, but the statement there is that the Eagles have improved since 2005. Those difficult teams had better be prepared to ply difficult games if they expect to compete with the Eagles in 2006!
Understand this!
Nobody cares! Nobody cares what "chip" McNabb and his teammates have on their shoulders! It has no bearing on a game's outcome!
Oh, the Eagles have improved in 2005? Yeah, about the least of anyone in the division! And that after a 6-10 debacle! Every team in the division has improved considerably - and they were all better than the Eagles already. The Eagles are in the rear view mirror in the NFC East. They had their chance and they blew it!
