Pickens Greater Than Sir Drop-A-Lot

Pickens is made for the moment. He does not shrink or fumble on multiple key possessions like CD. He fights for the ball and has great agility.I've always said Ceedee was more of a 1A WR in my opinion.

He runs excellent routes.but I just don't trust him when you truly need it. And from what i'm seeing from Pickens, he would be an upgrade at number one if he can continue to progress with his route running.

you didn't see the drop today? Ceedee is generally much more active than anything we've seen from Pickens at this point. Better at run after the catch. Better going across the middle.

Pickens is strong and is very good with contested balls. He's not better than Ceedee, but why can't we just be glad we have 2 talented wrs who have different skill sets and enjoy them both without trashing the other?

You can say who is more talented or who has the biggest ceiling, but in the end, what matters is how each performs when it matters most. That's the bottom line for this. Who's gonna come up big in critical moments come later in the season? Lamb is typically better, but right now? I'd trust Pickens more in those moments.

why? He has his drops as well with fewer targets.

CD seems to come up small in big moments. He’s a better player just not an alpha imo. GP more dominant imo.

CeeDee is elite and can't wait for him and GP to shred secondarys in a few games. Gotta stop talking down on one player to try an boost another...Cowboys are in a great situation in the passing game.

Yeah that's a good question.. but just off the top of my head I would say that the number of times CeeDee is able to get open despite being doubled speaks volumes about his route running. GP was singled up most of the day with Sauce and while had his moments he was mostly neutralized. But he won some too.
