Switch out tight end, fullback, and Turpin. 3 WR's being normal with a RB.Very good problems for the offense. No excuse for anyone not performing. There is talent all over the field. Love Machota's comment on the Cowboys going 4 wide. The addition of Pickens really changes the offense.
I like it, but.....lol!!!I'm on record as liking the aquisition and I'm fully aware that his penalties will skyrocket because hes no longer a Steeler, but my only concern is affording him when contract time comes.
I know Roseman could make it work, but Jones plays checkers when it comes to cap management.
A 1 year rental is fine when a team is a contender but.....
This is exactly where the senior, and QB, has to hold him accountable. Not on the coolness meter, but accountable.I like it, but.....lol!!!
Seems alot of whats been posted the last couple weeks is puff and not alot of balanced takesI find the "fan boy" content boring. Just a lot of repetitive rhetoric and not much else
You believe in mercenaries in today's sporting professionals being rooted religiously?Seems alot of whats been posted the last couple weeks is puff and not alot of balanced takes
Welcome to the off season. Just 2 more months until training camp starts.Seems alot of whats been posted the last couple weeks is puff and not alot of balanced takes
I get where you're coming from, and its fair to rather have the draft pick, but 3rd round value is simply what rental WRs often go for.The real problem with Pickens is that if you dont commit and he walks, you have nothing to show for a 3rd round pick. Add to that you are back to square one at WR. Worse yet, Tolbert is also a free agent after the season
To be a good trade, Pickens needs to be extended. Even if he walks and you get a 3rd round comp pick, its practically a 4th rounder and could be outside the top 100. You also dont get it until 2027
I just think its poor team building. Especially considering what little we have in the pipeline. I hope we exit camp with extentions for Parsons, Pickens and BlandI get where you're coming from, and its fair to rather have the draft pick, but 3rd round value is simply what rental WRs often go for.
Last year Amari Cooper and Davante Adams both went for 3rd round picks. Diggs went for a 2nd. All of them in their walk seasons, or basically in their walk years due to money left in their contracts.
Have to account for the Bills being a legit contender, and the Jets doing all they could to before entering an immediate rebuild after 2024.I get where you're coming from, and its fair to rather have the draft pick, but 3rd round value is simply what rental WRs often go for.

I think Jerry plays marbles.I'm on record as liking the aquisition and I'm fully aware that his penalties will skyrocket because hes no longer a Steeler, but my only concern is affording him when contract time comes.
