Pickens on if he'd be open to staying in Dallas long term

Do you not watch the games each week? For example the Falcons get destroyed by the Panthers and then they beat the Bills.

I’ve watched our defense be dog **** for 6 weeks straight. We can talk about parity in the league if you want. But you would think that parity would include the defense having a good game.

He's going to want WR1 money or even may want to be the highest paid WR in the league. I look forward to the DRAMA BOMB that's going to explode.

With the talent that Pickens has you have to sign him , it is a no brainer to keep him and CeeDee together. Then you are elite at wide receiver and Dallas can concentrate on building the defense and strengthening the rest of the team.
That's right. They would have the best receivers in the NFC. Then they have the two 1st rounders and 2nd round pick to add players at other positions like linebacker, running back, and safety.

They might have an improvement with Overshown, Revel, and adding a player through trade

Go watch the Acho video. It's less of a talent thing and just more of a ridiculous set of circumstances

Mochota with some crack investigative reporting.

Does he really think that just 6 games into a season with a player's new team, where a player is on a roll, he is going to EVER say he doesn't want to return to that team?

All teams are close in the NFL.
Not the Cowboys. You are well aware of the 30 years and counting, and you are also aware that there is literally no hope so long as Jerry stays in control.

But most of us on this forum are also clued into your "contrarian for the lolz" act.

rambo2 Jones is his name. lol. He has to be a relative, maybe one of Jerra's long lost kids from some long lost love affair.

It's more pathetic than that. He's just some bored guy on the internet getting his kicks with the contrarian bit. I've seen the same act on various forums for all kinds of topics since the late 90's.

It’s really too bad we can’t offer him anything he wants except money.

We'll tag him. I believe the tag for receivers will be around $24-$26 million while his agent will be looking for around $30 million APY. The only advantage to signing him long term is that you can keep the hits relatively low for the first couple of years.
The market for a guy like Pickens, with his age and the year he’s having, is going to be closer to 30+.

It won’t be Jefferson or Chase but maybe closer to Wilson or Brown.

Can’t wait for the inevitable cries of “he’s just greedy. Screw him, he’s lucky we traded for him so he should give us a discount.”

They would be a terrible idea.

Treat a man like a dog and he’ll behave like a dog.

Franchise tag needs to go in the next CBA. It’s a club used to intimidate, not a balanced tool for negotiation between two reasonable parties.
