Wow.. we're slated to pick 29th... Unbelievable considering most thought it was a slam dunk to be a top 10 pick before the year.

Yep. Of course you want the highest seed possible, but sometimes you get in that tricky situation where you really want someone like a 1-tech but where you're picking in the 1st round is too early to take one and the one you want probably won't fall to you in the 2nd. I don't mind the late pick. We can get a good player.

Playoff teams aren't seeded until games are decided in the playoffs, if Dallas loses next week, they would be seed in the early twenties
