Living in Steelers country, this game is all or nothing for me, feast or famine, the best or the worst, ... no gray area.

If we win I will be so fired up, higher than a kite, .. but if they win it will be murder.

I find it ironic that the "terrible towels" are yellow. Piss yellow, at that.

It's also my belief that the Stealers were the first team to really embrace steroid use in the 1970s and 1980s. Their offensive line was created in a laboratory.

And has their ever been a franchise that got more breaks in more big games than the Stealers? From the Immaculate Reception against the Raiders in the early 1970s, to the Fred Swearingen pass-interference call against Benny Barnes & Dallas, to the Super Bowl "win" over Seattle a few years ago.

I'd like to hate them but since I wasn't around, or old enough, when they beat us in the 70's they really haven't been important enough to hate them since.

Living in Steelers country, and seeing as how I hate the Steelers worse than any team in all of sports, ... yes, I am going to say it, ... this is my favorite post that I have ever seen on a message board.



It is factual, thorough, concise, and right to the point. (Although I am sure you forgot something worth hating.)

Also, I am leaning towards thinking that Hines Ward is gay. :laugh2:
