Yes it’s been way better. But one thing they’re doing this year is not getting as many presnap penalties. Staying ahead in the down and distance, throwing to RBs and feeding the #1 WR.

Its completely amazing the night and day difference. MM is actually scheming people open in the passing game.

I'm actually surprised the fanbase seems to get it. McCarthy kept his horses in the barn for this one. He was basically calling the game to not lose it on offense. Low risk plays all game long.

The defense looks better for several reasons. One of which is that the offense is protecting it. No turnovers, short fields and lots of possession time.

And yeah, the Chargers look a little Cowboyish. I wouldn't be surprised if they were near the league leaders in points scored and still finish 9-8.
