Claiborne hasn't played the last 8-1/2 games. Combine that with our wildcard bye, and he might be a liability in pass coverage. I'd be wary of playing him for any meaningful amount of snaps unless he can show something against the Eagles.
his play in the first game back will determine his next contract.

Definitely need Claiborne back.

Scandrick did an excellent job at outside corner last week with Byron kicking inside to the slot.

But we need Byron patrolling centerfield/locking down TE's against some of the high-powered offenses they'll potentially face in January.

The fact that he's waiting for the divisional round to play for the first time in 2-1/2 months is worrisome. I think he's going to be a liability out there.
He does get to practice against good receivers and it's not like he isn't use to setting out with injuries and returning lol

Me too, except that grass is probably painted dirt in Philly, he's a vet now, can probably go without a warm up game
I'm not sure. He always looks tentative returning from an injury. I think some playing time vs the Eagles would be good considering his first test is going to be against Jordy Nelson or the Giants/Skins receivers.

A shock that he could be a liability from lack of playing time since Halloween?
No. Clearly you missed it.

Besides, he has been practicing at full speed. If this were a regular season game we had to win to make the playoffs he would be out there.

Godfather what can you do to influnece these playoffs in such a way to help the Cowboys. Reach into your pocket and get these judges and goverment people you carry around like so many nickels and dimes in your pocket to help the Cowboys in any way possible.
I wish I could like this more than once.

Carr's been playing well enough to handle the top receiver, leaving Mo with the next best (which on two of those teams is still very good). I agree with the hesitation in Mo, but he does seem more confident this year.

But a warm up vs the Eagles horrible WRs would've been perfect

Unlike past years its great news on the injury front, hopefully Lawrence is back for the playoffs as well...I'm not worried about MO getting snaps vs Philly ... I'm more concerned that we'll lose somebody long term in that game, they are ornery, probably moreso this year because our rookie qb has outperformed their rookie qb by miles...and they just plain hate us...
