Post the player you'd most like to see Dallas draft in 2009 and why? Try to be realistic. We'd all like to see the Cowboys draft Michael Crabtree but it ain't going to happen.

Mine is:

Herman Johnson from LSU. I normally can't stand LSU but he has Cowboy offensive lineman written all over him. He possibly could be there in the 50-60 range, depending on how many underlassmen declare.

true, and I'd liek to get Johnson too, onloy problem is we got Kosier and Davis as our guards under contract for at least 2 more years, so I can't see us using our top pick on a guy who we know will be riding the bench for a couple years.
Players I'd like to see are

S. Patrick Chung
S. Derek Pegues
N.T. B.J. Raji
N.T. Vince Oghobaase
N.T. Ron Brace
D.E. Vance Walker
T.E. Bear Pascoe
N.T. Antonio dixon
O.T. Mike Pepper
N.T. Dorell Scott
G. Loius Vasquez
D.E. Dannel Egboh
S. Troy Nolan
O.L. Dallas Reynolds
O.T. Sean Sester
F.S. Nate Ness
L.B. Worrell Williams
F.B. Richard dixon
S. Lendy Holmes
D.T. Tony Davis
D.T. Delmas Louis
S. Darcell McBath

Give me 4 or 5 players on this list and I'll be happy!

Since Brian Orakpo is definitely not an option.....S Rashad Johnson is my choice.

:hammer: We need to sure up the middle of this defense, add a NT and a ILB and I would be a happy man.

What's the deal with Mitch King?
everyone here seems to be in love with this kid, but he's rated as a late round pick, right?
So why is everyone all over this kid?
Just curious!

Anyone of these guys would be nice additions for at least depth purposes and a couple of them for hopefully impact players.

Louis Delmas-FS

Big time hitter who makes plays all over the field.

Jacoby Ford-WR

Pretty smart kid, who has blazing speed...something much needed on the offensive side of the ball.

Dallas Reynolds-Ol

Huge and can play pretty much anywhere on the line.

SDogo

Not as good as I once was but as good once as I ev

Any of the FS mentioned already.

We just need to upgrade and solidify the position pure and simple.

I know he will probably wind up being a WR or return specialist in the NFL.
I know we don't need another QB/WR project player as we already have Crayton and Stanback.

But I can't help it...I just love the kid.

Pat White WVU.

Again I know it is not needed and probably will never happen...but just love the kid.

Larry English as an OLB from Northern Illinois.

Can never have enough pressure players.

This would be similar to the NYG drafting Tuck or Kiwanuka even though they already had strong DEs at the time.

I think you're the second guy to mention him, and I agree that he'd be a good addition. But his stock may be a bit high for us to nab.
